When is Your Kid’s Urgent Care open?

We are open on most major holidays. All holiday hours are posted on our site and Facebook one week prior to the holiday. Visit our locations page for hours. 

Do I need an appointment?

No appointments are necessary. Walk-ins are always welcome. Some of our locations offer a “Save Your Spot Online” options

What is the age range that Your Kid’s Urgent Care treats?

We treat children from newborns through 21 years of age.

Your Kid’s Urgent Care was founded in 2007 by Michael Cibran, with the desire to provide after-hours medical care, without the expense of the Emergency Room.

How does Your Kid’s Urgent Care handle Follow-up care with my child’s Primary Care Pediatrician?

Kids Urgent Care, Common Conditions, FAQYour Kid’s Urgent Care will notify your child’s primary care physician regarding the medical care received at Your Kid’s Urgent Care. We encourage every patient to schedule a follow-up appointment with their child’s PCP (Primary Care Pediatrician) to allow for complete comprehensive care.

If your staff and providers feel my child has an emergency issue that warrants an immediate hospital visit, what form of transportation services are available.

911 services will be used in the event of a true emergency.

Who makes up the Your Kid’s Urgent Care team?

Your Kid’s Urgent Care offers superior and convenient care to all children that enter our offices. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable staff.  With a complete team of Board Certified Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistance we ensure every patient and family individual will receive quality care.

What forms of payment does Your Kid’s Urgent Care accept?

Your Kid’s Urgent Care accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. We also accept cash, personal checks, and money orders. Please be prepared to pay all co-pays, deductibles and service fees not covered by your insurance, on the date of visit.

Why am I being asked to keep a credit card on file?

At Your Kid's Urgent Care, we are committed to making payment as convenient and seamless as possible for our families.

Patients with commercial insurance are asked to keep a valid credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card on file to securely process any patient responsibility assigned by insurance, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. This policy does not apply to Florida Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care patients for covered services, except as permitted by law.

At your visit, you will review and sign our Credit Card on File Authorization Form. Your payment information is securely stored through our HIPAA- and PCI-compliant payment processor using encrypted technology — Your Kid's Urgent Care does not store full card details.

Once your insurance claim is processed, we will review any remaining balance. You will receive a statement or notification before any charge is processed, and charges are typically completed within 10 days of insurance processing. If you have questions or believe a balance is incorrect, please contact our office for review. What Insurance Plans does Your Kid’s Urgent Care accept?

We accept most insurance plans as well as Medicaid. If Your Kid’s Urgent Care does not accept your insurance, please contact us directly for our private pay fee schedule.
